Karaage Chicken with Honey Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • Chicken & Main Ingredients
  • Honey Lemon Sauce
    • 120 grams Honey

    • 100 grams Lemon Juice

    • 20 grams Olive Oil

    • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)

    • To taste  Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Prepare Chicken Karaage as per instructions on pack.
  • Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic cloves into the saucepan and sauté until fragrant for around 1-2 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice and honey to the mixture. Bring to simmer in low heat and add salt and pepper tp taste.
  • Keep simmer for around 20- 30 minutes, or until sauce is smooth and slightly thick. Then, remove sauce from the heat and let it cool down.
  • Glaze the chicken karaage with the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
