Applewood BBQ Mac Chicken n' Cheese

330 grams Applewood BBQ Chicken
250 grams (Penne, Shells, Macaroni) Short Pasta
2 cups (Grated) Mozzarella
2 cups (Grated) Mild Cheddar
0.5 cup Cooking Cream
2 tablespoons Favorite BBQ Sauce
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper / Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
3 tablespoons (Finely chopped) Parsley
Cooking Instructions
- Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil and stir in pasta.
- In a large mixing bowl combing cheese, cream BBQ sauce, dry seasonings and parsley and combine thoroughly.
- When al dente, drain pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
- Add pasta to cheese mixture and combine thoroughly, add pasta water as needed.
- Using olive oil or butter, coat the inside of an oven safe baking dish and transfer pasta to the dish.
- Arrange Tyson Applewood BBQ Chicken wings on top of the pasta.
- Bake the dish in a 200'c preheated oven for 18-20min or until nicely browned on top.
- Serve with salad or vegetables and extra BBQ sauce if desired.
