150 grams Green Coral or other leafy vegetable of choice
40 grams Cherry Tomatoes (cut half)
30 grams Capsicum
20 grams Croutons
1 piece Avocado (Julienne)
Balsamic Vinaigrette
30 grams Balsamic Vinegar
120 grams Olive Oil
10 grams Dijon Mastard
10 grams Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare Chicken Strips as per instructions on pack.
- Place all ingredients except avocado and croutons into the bowl, mix well with dressing
- Place into the serving plate, top with avocado and croutons, Serve and enjoy.
- For the dressing In a small bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and honey together until well-combined.
- Add olive oil and keep whisking until all combined.
