Honey BBQ Chicken with Creamy Corn & Pepper
Ingredients
400 grams Honey BBQ Fried Chicken
2 cups Corn (Canned or fresh shaved from cobb)
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Spring Onion
1 cup Red Bell Pepper (Small Dice)
3 tablespoons Shallot (Small Dice)
1 teaspoon Ginger (Small Dice)
2 teaspoons Garlic (Small Dice)
1 teaspoon Chili (Minced)
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce / Seasoning Sauce
1 piece Lime (Zest and Juice)
0.5 cup Japanese Mayo
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
Cooking Instructions
- Cook Tyson Honey BBQ Fried Chicken as desired per instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil on high heat in a large skillet.
- Add in shallot, garlic, ginger, spring onion, chili, and half of the soy sauce. Stir fry for 2 min.
- Add in corn, bell pepper and soy sauce. Stir fry for 3-4min or until corn and peppers start to brown.
- Remove from heat. Stir in mayo, fish sauce, black pepper, and lime juice and zest.
- Plate and top with Tyson Honey BBQ Fried Chicken.
- Garnish with extra spring onion and lime wedges.
- Serve and enjoy!
