Japanese Shichimi Crunch Teriyaki-Wings
Ingredients
330 grams Roasted Teriyaki Chicken (As per instructions)
1 piece Lemon (Zest)
1 piece Lime (Zest)
1 piece Orange (Zest)
2 tablespoons Shichimi Togarashi
3 tablespoons Mixed Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon Parsley Flake
2 tablespoons Fried Garlic
2 tablespoons Spring Onion
2 tablespoons Flaky Salt To Taste
Cooking Instructions
- In a medium pan with no oil lightly toast sesame, parsley flake, and fried garlic for 1-2min.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a large plate or tray and let cool completely at room temp.
- When cool, transfer to a large mixing bowl with citrus zest, shichimi togarashi, and flaky salt.
- Cook Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken by desired method as per instructions
- Immediately transfer Tyson Roasted Teriyaki Chicken and spring onion to the mixing bowl and toss to coat the chicken thoroughly.
- Pair with salad, rice or Japanese mayo and lemon.
- Serve and enjoy!
