Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Dip

Mayonnaise 200g            
Sour Cream 100g            
Blue Cheese (Preferably Danish Blue) 100g            
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon            
Spring Onion 1 tablespoon Thinly sliced        
Parsley 1 tablespoon  Finely chopped        
Carrots 200g  Cut into sticks        
Celery  200g  Cut into sticks        
Spicy Buffalo Wings  500g Prepare as per instructions        

Chef's Tip: For a sweet and spicey treat: add a few dashes of your favorite hot sauce to some honey, micowave for 20 seconds and stir to combine. Drizzle your cooked buffalo wings with the hot honey and enjoy!                    

How to Cook

1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, blue cheese, black pepper, spring onion, and parsley in a bowl and stir vigorously to combine                
2. Cover and set in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 1 week                
3. To serve, garnish with spring onion, parlsey and black pepper                
4. Arrange the carrots and celery with buffalo wings                
5. Serve and Enjoy!
