Shipping policy


The following Purchase Terms & Conditions shall apply to every purchase you made through www.tyson.co.th

GENERAL

As we may offer raw and/or frozen foods, you acknowledge that the nature of these products limits the liability we can accept if you fail to properly and promptly store the products upon delivery.

We use external delivery service provider to fulfill the delivery. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure these products remain of acceptable quality up to the point of delivery, but we cannot guarantee product quality and delivery time as this also depends upon your delivery arrangement with delivery service provider. 

ORDER AND PAYMENT

Your order placement will not be confirmed until we have received cleared funds from your account or received the completed payment transaction. We reserve the right to cancel your order if your payment is refused by whatever reasons including by competent authority or we reasonably believe that your payment will be refused at any stage.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you which must be within Thailand. It is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive the delivery. Delivery times may be impacted by external conditions beyond our control. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that products are delivered within the time frame.

Orders placed and fully paid on Monday-Friday before 11.00 AM will be processed for dispatch on the next day. Order placed and fully paid on Friday after 11.00 AM and on public holiday will be processed for dispatch on the day following the first working day.

Once your order is dispatched to delivery service provider,  we will use reasonable endeavors to ensure that product is delivered within 5 working days. Delivery of the orders over the seasonal period may take longer than usual.

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days after your order is dispatched, please contact our Customer Services team on +66 65 986 6968.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If the product you receive is faulty, damaged, or different from your order confirmation, we may offer return or exchange as appropriate in accordance with our policy. You must inspect the product and notify us by contacting our Consumer Services team within 7 days from your receiving date .

We reserve the right to inspect the products and may refuse return or exchange if we reasonably believe that the defective is not caused by manufacturing process nor delivery service. In case of exchange, we will deliver a new product to you within 14 days of receiving the exchanged product.

Returned or exchanged products must be its original conditions (the conditions upon receipt and in its original package) and under frozen temperature control condition.
