Chicken Steak with Baked Vegetables​

Ingredients

    • 500 grams Grilled Tender Chicken​

    • 50 grams  Garlic (Thinly Sliced)

    • 100 grams  Onion (Thinly Sliced)

    • 100 ml  Olive Oil

    • 1 teaspoon  Salt

    • ½ teaspoon  Pepper

    • 200 grams  Broccoli (Stems Peeled and Heads Halved Lengthwise)​

    • 200 grams  Cauliflower (Stems Peeled and Heads Halved Lengthwise)​

    • 500 ml  Prepared Chicken Gravy

Cooking Instructions

  • Place broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, and onion in an oven safe dish. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.​
  • Place thawed Tyson Grilled Tender Chicken on the vegetables and put into oven. Bake at 180’c for 20-25 minutes.​
  • Serve with chicken gravy and crispy garlic bread, or your preferred choice of side dishes.​
  • For Garlic Bread: Mix and whisk softened butter, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Generously spread the paste onto your preferred choice of bread and bake for 7 minutes at 180’C, or toast the buttered side on a skillet over medium heat until brown and crispy.​
